JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer breakdowns; provide proper repairs to minimize equipment downtime and initiate estimates for on-site repairs.

• Set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.


• Perform routine scheduled maintenance, including standard inspections, repair and replace defective parts, lubricate parts, and repair electrical equipment.


• Inspect used parts to determine changes in factory specifications.


• Review repair work and scheduled maintenance results with customers, communicating any potential issues. Responsible for field quoting and communicating services to customers.


• Utilize the Mobile Service application to close the day, fill out work orders, obtain customer signatures, finalize jobs, and mark them as complete.
