**Job Summary**
As a Lift Truck Operator 1 (LTO1), you will play an essential role on our warehouse team, supporting daily material handling and inventory operations. Your responsibilities will include counting inventory, loading and unloading shipments, staging and storing product pallets, and processing production receipts. You’ll work alongside fellow team members to achieve organizational goals while maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive workplace.

**Compensation & Shifts**

+ **Hourly Rate:** $19.32 per hour base pay, with additional shift differentials.
+ **A Shift:** 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (40 hours/week), $1.25/hr shift differential.
+ **C Shift:** 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (40 hours/week), $0.75/hr shift differential.

**Qualifications**

+ 1–2 years of experience operating lift trucks (e.g., sit-down double fork, sit-down clamp) in a warehouse environment.
