Job Description

• Forest Management: Assist in the maintenance, conservation, and restoration of forests by conducting surveys, planting trees, and monitoring growth.
• Data Collection: Gather data on tree health, wildlife populations, and environmental conditions to support forest management plans.
• Wildfire Prevention & Control: Participate in wildfire suppression efforts, create firebreaks, and promote practices to minimize fire risks.
• Educational Background: Associate’s degree in forestry, environmental science, or a related field; relevant certifications may be required.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform strenuous outdoor activities, including hiking, climbing, and lifting, in various weather conditions.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with GPS devices, mapping software, and forestry tools for data collection and fieldwork.
