The Civil–Concrete team at Higgins Wellington is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Foreperson to lead from the front. If you thrive on coordinating crews, driving performance, and delivering high quality civil construction projects, this is a great opportunity to take ownership of site delivery and make a real impact.As a Foreperson, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of civil and concrete works, leading crews, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with Supervisors, Engineers, and stakeholders to keep projects on track and crews set up for success.What you’ll be doing

Planning, coordinating, and delivering daily civil and concrete construction activities for your crew 

Experience with a kerb machine (extruded and cast in-stiu) is preferable/ideal.

Developing short-term work plans and sequencing tasks to meet programme requirements
