SO WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Under the direction of the Field Superintendent, this position will be primarily responsible for the oversight of the operations strategic planning. Assists with project scheduling and strategies, goals and expectations by reviewing plans and specs. Must identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction operations ( installations, safety, materials, and personnel) ensuring the proper team selection for all construction projects, including assignment of Job Foreperson, Journeyperson and apprentices.
