Second‑tier or higher secondary school completion is required.

• Minimum five years of experience in construction related fields
• Criminal record check
• Valid driver's licence
• Physical ability to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as needed
• Excellent oral communication, organization, reliability, teamwork, flexibility, accuracy, and client focus
