**Food Preparation – 45%**

+ Prepare appealing, nutritious meals and snacks for children in accordance with State of Kansas and CACFP regulations.
+ Serve meals/snacks on schedule and adjust menus for special dietary needs.
+ Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards for all kitchen users.

**Dishwashing – 20%**

+ Operate dishwasher and ensure minimal dirty dish accumulation.
+ Follow state dishwashing regulations to maintain sanitary conditions.

**Kitchen Maintenance & Cleaning – 15%**

+ Keep kitchen organized, clean, and safe at all times.
