Qualifications: Degree in food service or equivalent in food service experience. Supervisory experience in food service. Gifts in organization, administration and service.
Responsibilities include: Oversee the food service program. Plan all menus and create new food ideas and recipes. Keep current inventories of food and supplies in all kitchens and food storage areas. Inspect all kitchens and food storage areas weekly for safety, equipment placement and cleanliness. Purchase kitchen supplies and equipment. Coordinate, supervise, hire and train all food service staff (i.e. kitchen workers, food delivery drivers, full-time cooks, summer cooks).
