Food Service Program Manager
Summary:
Plans, organizes and coordinates all phases of food service operations, in accordance with federal policies and regulations.
Essential Functions/Typical Tasks:
+ Oversee all food service programs to ensure that nutritional, high quality meals are made available at an affordable price• Supervise managers food services, and administrative handle food services staff job performance and disciplinary issues
+ Interview candidates for food service positions and make recommendations for hiring• Develop reporting templates prepare necessary reports as required under the contract
