What you’ll be doing

1. Food Safety Leadership & Governance

• Lead site food safety strategy aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements
• Own governance of food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000) and preventive controls
• Provide technical leadership on hazard identification, risk assessment, and emerging food safety issues
• Ensure audit readiness and alignment with global standards
• Lead food safety investigations, incident management, recalls, and crisis response
• Drive risk assessments for new products, processes, materials, and capital projects
• Oversee validation, verification, and continuous improvement of food safety controls
• Translate regulatory changes and industry trends into site actions
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to embed preventive controls
