Job Description
Supervise Food & Beverage dinner service within the restaurant and bar, ensuring service standards are followed for a friendly, genuine, and engaging experience. Assist the Restaurant Manager in purchasing, stock control, and management. Ensure standard operating procedures are updated and followed. Build and develop a high-performing team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative, motivational, and empowering approach.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within high-end dining operations
- Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service, particularly across dinner service
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
