Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Perform the task of order taking and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestions. Ensure accuracy by repeating order to the guests.
- Ensure that orders are taken clearly and accurately so that the cashier and kitchen ambassadors can fulfil their duties effectively.
- Assist in seating guests.
- Serve food and beverage to guests in the restaurant/banquet area.
- Assist with the set up
- Perform duties common to all waiters and other duties as may be assigned.
- Participate in the daily briefings of the department as well as monthly meetings to discuss the various aspects of service.
- Take orders, promote the restaurant’s specialties and serve in accordance to the established standards
- Ensure that the working areas are well maintained.
