Currently holds the Title of F&B Manager for a minimum of 5 years in department, a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position, in a large (350 roomed) HOTEL, including banqueting, bar, restaurant and all F&B outlets. To be responsible for the overall management and running of the Food and Beverage Department, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, conferencing and banqueting.
According to Hotel’s BBEE quota: Priority African Female. Second coloured Female and Third African Male. Max Salary 50k.
