Office based in Auckland, New Zealand. You will have a strong store presence across 65 stores in Zone 1.

The opportunity

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the operational excellence of our retail network in Zone 1 by managing both preventative and reactive facilities maintenance across the store fleet. As a critical link between store operations and service providers, you will ensure all locations remain safe, compliant, and efficient while keeping cost-of-doing-business (CODB) top of mind. Your proactive approach to asset lifecycle management and contractor relationships will directly impact the daily experience of millions of customers and team members.
