Flooring Consultant / Sales Executive (Confidential Projects)

Position Overview

We are hiring driven, high-energy sales hunters with the tenacity to win new accounts on a confidential project in a new market.

If you’re confident in your ability to connect with people, build trust, and close opportunities, we’ll provide the platform to turn those strengths into consistent income and high commissions. With quality leads from our marketing campaigns and the freedom to prospect, you’ll take full ownership of the entire sales process — from first contact through to successful installation and after-sales follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome showroom walk-ins and help convert marketing-generated leads into happy, long-term clients.
  • Identify and reach out to new business opportunities among homeowners, Interior Designers (IDs), and contractors.
  • Handle the full process from lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management, to conducting site visits, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
