What is the role?

This service provides a housing-related, floating support service for people aged 55 and over.

We’re looking for compassionate, person-centred and resourceful people to join our team. You’ll support people who have a range of housing related support needs maintain or access housing. 

It’s hands on rewarding work where you can genuinely make a difference to the people you support, and no two days are ever the same.
