Floating Nurse Specialist (RN)

Wage Range: $32-42 per hour

The Floating Nurse Specialist (RN) provides training, coaching, and support to Resident Assistants, Medication Aides, fellow Nurses, and other community staff to ensure high-quality resident care that meets Jaybird Senior Living standards and regulatory requirements.
This role partners with Executive Directors, integrates wellness programs, and occasionally supports daily nursing operations to meet residents' needs with dignity and respect.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel between communities with potential overnight stays, acting as the Healthcare Coordinator.
