What you’ll be doing day to day

• Extensive and complex diary and inbox management, managing conflicting schedules
• Inbox management/gatekeeping
• Extensive global travel planning, preparing detailed itineraries
• Assistance with conference organisation and client hospitality
• Building relationships with internal/external stakeholders at all levels
• Creating and editing reports and presentations

The skills you need to bring

• Senior EA experience gained within Investment Banking or Private Equity is essential
• Float EA/PA experience helpful not essential
• Exemplary communication and presentation skills
