As part of the UK Military Flying Training System (UKMFTS) , we supply and maintain aircraft to support the military pilot training pipeline. We are now looking for two Flight Line Operations Supervisors to lead and deliver safe, efficient ground operations in support of the Daily Flying Programme (DFP).

This is a safety‑critical role where you will coordinate aircraft availability, allocate personnel, and work closely with engineering, aircrew, air traffic control, and our customer to ensure flying operations run smoothly and efficiently.

These are part‑time, permanent positions , working 35 hours per week on a rotating early and late shift pattern .
These roles are based across RAF Cranwell and RAF Barkston Heath , supporting flying operations at both locations.
