The Flight Dispatcher supports the Worldwide Aviation Support Services WASS program by assisting in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of domestic and limited international flight operations in support of the United States Department of State, DoS, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, DS, and INLA. Operating from the Global Mission Center, GMC, this role provides foundational support in flight package development, including data entry for eAPIS and GENDEC, basic weather and NOTAM review, and coordination with vendors and internal teams under supervision. The Junior Dispatcher assists with maintaining operational awareness, ensuring required documentation is accurate and complete, and supporting communication between flight crews and operations personnel.
