Job Summary

We are currently looking to recruit Flight Coordinators to join our team based in West Drayton, Stockley Park. As a Flight Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of Customer Service and Operational requirements for all customer airlines and ensuring the flights are catered to agreed specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for the final catering handover, liaising with department supervisors to secure the correct quantities, the right quality and the required scheduled dock departures as well as supervising all airside personnel.

• Establish and ensure that customer requirements and expectations are met.
• Attend aircraft where required and sign off flights.
• Continually evaluate and recommend improvements to working practices.
