Job Scope 1. Customer Service & Rental Operations - Engage with customers to assist with motorcycle rental services
- Respond to customer queries via socialmedia platforms (e.g., Carousell, Google)
- Clearly explain the terms and conditionsof the rental services to customers
- Collect necessary documentation forcontract or billing purposes
- Follow up with customers regarding latepayments and send reminders or warnings where necessary
- Provide assistance to customers onbike-related issues or enquiries
2. Motorcycle Maintenance & Upkeep - Maintain and wash motorcycles regularly
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness ofbike storage areas
- Liaise with mechanic for engine oilchanges or maintenance when required
