The Role
This is a broad and genuinely interesting leadership role for someone who enjoys the commercial and operational side of fleet management as much as the strategic.

You'll be part of the fleet and equipment leadership team, working closely with senior leadership to deliver outcomes across the business. The remit covers strategy, supplier relationships, risk, budgeting, and day-to-day operational delivery across a national fleet of approximately 2,500 vehicles and associated equipment, spanning VIC, TAS, NSW, and QLD. You'll have four direct reports and a wide stakeholder group, from frontline depot teams through to executive leadership.

The current incumbent is moving into a new role internally, and the business is looking for someone who can build on a solid foundation and bring their own thinking to the position.
