Position Overview
- Plan and schedule all customers orders, ensuring they are scheduled within the lead time period
- Coordinate with customers regarding the estimated time of arrival (ETAS) and delivery details prior to the scheduled
<>Process necessary documents, including loading arrangements for warehouse use and time-slips for delivery personnel- Monitor undelivered sales orders through the SAP systemto prevent unserved orders or scheduled exceeding the lead
- Coordinated with delivery drivers on scheduled-related concerns and with warehouse sections on loading-related matters.
- Prepare requisitions for all pier deliveries.
- Perform other tasks that may assigned to support operational needs.
