• Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records at all times.
• Monitor and record all tank movements across regions, including laden exports, empty repositioning, and returns at the Point of Delivery (POD).
• Provide the sales team with timely updates on available inventory levels.
• Ensure that returned laden tanks are promptly cleaned and prepared for the next order.
• Plan and oversee the repositioning of empty tanks to meet operational needs.
• Manage the strategic return of tanks from low-export regions to the base port, including coordinating transshipment where necessary.
• Verify and maintain accurate costing information related to tank operations.
• Liaise with POD agents to inform them of incoming shipments and ensure efficient, on-time handling processes.
