Role Overview

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient availability, quality, and readiness of the vehicle fleet across all locations. The role involves managing idle fleets, coordinating vehicle movements with dispatch, monitoring workshop progress, supporting repairs and replacements, and ensuring vehicles are prepared on time for rental, lease, or sale. The Fleet Coordinator works closely with operations, workshop, and accounts teams to maintain high fleet standards, resolve issues promptly, and ensure smooth day-to-day fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reconciliations of idle fleets and provide backup vehicles at all sales locations.
• Ensure sufficient idle cars are available at all counters.
• Monitor the status of vehicles in workshops collected from counters.
