ANC is inviting Expression of Interest from dynamic and experienced Delivery Experience Lead / Transport Supervisor / Fleet Supervisor to join our team at ANC at our client’s site in Western Sydney, NSW. 

This role will focus on managing and optimising our fleet of Delivery Professionals (DPs), ensuring they are well-resourced, motivated, and performing at their best. As a Delivery Experience Lead, you will play a key role in executing the Delivery Professional value proposition, retention strategies, and training programs to support the success of our fleet and enhance the customer experience.
