Key Responsibilities & Requirements

★Operate fleecing machines and achieve production targets

★Check fiber quality, roll width, and GSM as per standards

★Maintain machine cleanliness and oil levels

★Identify and report production or quality issues

Minimum 2 years experience in needle punching / fleecing

High School qualification with basic English skills

Good technical knowledge and attention to detail
