To assist the Principal Recruiter in an assigned Human Resource sub-function such as Recruitment.

Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:

Recruitment 

Perform end-to-end activities in the pre-onboarding process:

Conducts phone screening

Facilitates and monitors background checks and pre-employment requirements of candidates.

Participates in other sourcing strategies such as joining job fairs and offsite events.

Reporting and Analytics

May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions, including but not limited to subfunctions within HR 

Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
