As the Shift Fitter, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. In addition, you will operate production machines and equipment as part of your daily duties, ensuring smooth production flow and adherence to safety standards.


Shift Options:

  • Fixed Night Shift: 8hr shifts, Sunday to Friday

  • Rotating Shift: 12-hour shifts on a 4-week rotation, including both day and night shifts, with a full week off every cycle

  • Pay Details: $50p/hr + shift loading + overtime
