We are currently hiring a skilled Fitter to join our team in Bergen, Norway. In this role you will be responsible for assembling and installing various mechanical systems and components according to engineering specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install mechanical systems and components based on technical diagrams.
• Read, interpret, and use engineering specifications.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials using hand and power tools.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant vocational training or certification in mechanical fitting.
• Solid understanding of mechanical principles.
• Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina; ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
