Key Responsibilities

• Plan coordinate and supervise all interior finishing and fit-out activities on site
  

• Ensure execution aligns with approved IFC drawings material submittals mock-ups and specifications
  

• Monitor daily progress and ensure milestones are achieved as per the project schedule
  

• Coordinate with Project Managers Consultants QA/QC and HSE teams
  

Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure all works meet project quality standards design intent and authority regulations
  

• Conduct inspections snagging and quality audits for finishing works
  

• Coordinate rectification of defects and ensure timely closure of snag lists
  

• Ensure compliance with local building codes authority approvals and safety regulations
