We are looking for an experienced level 6 nvq qualified Site Manager for a large warehouse fit out starting in June and lasting for 6 months.

SMSTS/1st Aid/Forklift ticket desirable.

Managing the full fit out from start to finish, including managing health and safety for all direct and sub‑contractors, liaising between the client and contractor, and working with the 24‑hour on‑site security.

Managing the site welfare and maintaining a schedule to keep the site clean, tidy, and safe, ensuring it remains on time and on track.

Keeping the project on program deadlines and ensuring each contractor has the correct supervision for their workers.

Ideally you will have experience on similar projects.
