This position is responsible for cutting, trimming & boning carcass sections or fillets to reduce cooking cuts.
Essential Duties:
Cleaning, preparing fish, and discarding inedible parts.Cutting and weighing fillets and portions for individual servings.Receiving, inspecting and storing seafood upon delivery.
