Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for trust accounting and wealth management applications.


• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, incidents, and user-reported problems.

• Support account setup, maintenance, and data validation activities.


• Investigate and resolve production support issues in collaboration with business, operations, and technology teams.

• Monitor batch jobs, system interfaces, and data feeds to ensure successful processing.
