+ 1+ years’ previous culinary experience preferred

+ Knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of safe

+ food handling required

+ Demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, and food cost controls, and presentation required

+ Ability to prepare and cook all food groups

+ Effective communication skills

+ Great attention to detail in all areas of work

+ Prepare and serve meals

+ Assist in menu planning and recipe development

+ Utilize standard metric recipes

+ Test products and tasting panel

+ Follow all health and sanitation guidelines

Shift Schedule:

+ Wednesday-Sunday 11:00am-7:30pm
