We’re looking for an experienced Fire Systems Administrator to support our busy Asset team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a fire protection or trade-based environment and is confident using Uptick to manage jobs, compliance and reporting.

You’ll play a key part in keeping work flowing smoothly — supporting technicians, managing job data, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing jobs and workflows using Uptick
• Raising and closing jobs, tracking progress and updating job status
• Coordinating compliance documents, reports and service records
