Crew Manager (Control) Salary £39,256 - £40,949 competent (national pay award pending (01.07.26))

We welcome applicants from competent Firefighters (Control) both internally and externally who may wish to develop into the Crew Manager (Control) role and from existing competent Crew Manager (Control) who may wish to transfer to Warwickshire from another Fire and Rescue Service. 


About Us

Based within our newly refurbished Control room, you’ll be joining our established team, working on a Watch Based flexible shift pattern which consists of 2 x day shift, 2 x night shifts, followed by 4 rota days.

We are currently upgrading our Command and Control system to Vision 5, having recently replaced our telephony system (DS3000), so we can employ the latest technology available to provide an excellent service to the people of Warwickshire.
