**Job Title: Finishing Technician**
**Job Description**
The Finishing Technician plays a key role as the final step in constructing trailers before shipment. This position receives trailers from the paint department and completes all remaining assembly tasks, including installing mechanical components, routing lines, and applying decals and reflectors. Working in a two-person team on the finish line, you will either focus on installing airlines, hoses, wiring, and exterior components, or perform air brake and hub service to ensure each trailer leaves the facility fully assembled, safe, and ready for delivery.

+ Receive painted trailer structures and complete final assembly to prepare units for shipment.
+ Install brake lines and wiring components using a kit-based assembly list, similar to following step-by-step instructions for a pre-packaged assembly.
