The Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing professional, friendly, courteous service of food and beverage to every guest. Position requires ability to interact with the public, speak English clearly, and retain details, physical exertion in the form of walking, standing, and turning, bending, and lifting while carrying a large tray. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
