Responsibilities As a senior analyst, develops, implements, and monitors programs to analyze and evaluate the performance of military payroll systems and the military payroll offices. Develops criteria for feedback to managers and customers at all levels on proposed management reports such as the monthly balanced scorecard metrics, productivity reports, and the annual customer surveys. Provides oversight, guidance and customer support to the Army, Navy and Air Force Finance Community. Assists with resolving complex issues in military pay with the goal of improving delivery of services to customers by identifying and improving gaps in performance documented in benchmarking studies, and identifying and recommending best practices.
