We are looking for a Full Time Teller candidate to better our team and potentially lead the department. Qualified candidates will be responsible for approval of loans and providing a variety of financial services while offering excellent customer service and driving location growth.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting Customers in-person and over the phone
- Approval of Payday and Title Loan products
- Communicating Terms and Conditions of loan products
- Performing check cashing transactions and other financial transactions
- Responsible balancing of personal cash drawer
- Resolving customer concerns
- Supporting teller team education and development
- Supporting store growth through grass roots marketing and quality customer service
