GENERAL SUMMARY

The position of Financial Services Representative requires an individual with excellent member service and communication skills.  The FSR must be a team player and possess a solid and broad knowledge base of the credit union's products and services.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Greet and welcome members and visitors to the credit union in a professional manner. Represent the credit union to members in a courteous manner following the credit union's Member Service Standards and provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions.


• Perform all routine teller transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfer and check cashing.
