Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders and external parties supporting the external reporting function to fulfill responsibilities and meet reporting deadlines. Compile and analyze data for quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q/10-K) and assist with detailed reviews of these filings. Prepare the Company’s quarterly Earnings Release (8-K) and Earnings Call Script, including supporting documentation and workpapers.
