Position Overview
- Manage the preparation and analysis of monthly financial and management reports
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor financial performance and provide meaningful business insights
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of balance sheet accounts and financial controls
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Support ongoing finance transformation and systems enhancement projects
- Drive automation initiatives within the finance department
- Assist in developing reporting capabilities through tools such as Power BI and data analytics platforms
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a finance team of approximately 15 individuals
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to strengthen reporting and business decision making
