Position Overview

The Financial Controller is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations ensuring compliance with Thai and international accounting standards (., TFRS4/IFRS 17/USGAAP) and insurance-specific requirements. This role oversees accounting/reporting, taxation, Account Payable, treasury, and investment while supporting strategic financial planning.

Financial Reporting & Regulatory Compliance

  • Oversee financial reporting & accounting function including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with TFRS / USGAAP and insurance regulatory requirements (. OIC)
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to regulators 
  • Manage audit processes (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate governance policies
