Own the month-end close and consolidation across the groupLead Tend’s first external audit end-to-end, compliant with IFRS and public entity standardsManage statutory reporting and tax compliance obligations including R&D tax incentiveOversee payroll, AP, AR, treasury, and transactional accountingManage cash flow forecasting and working capital across a business with meaningful intra-month cash flow swingsDrive more mature and effective use of NetSuite and standardise processes across clinicsSupport integration of acquired clinics into Tend’s finance and reporting environmentLead and develop a growing finance operations team Key Skills and Experience Required:
