Overview Open to the public. Position is open to Mexican citizens and official residents of Mexico who hold the required work and residency permits.
Security clearance required: Public Trust – Background Investigation.
Appointment type: Permanent. Full‑time (40 hours per week). No supervisory responsibilities, relocation expenses are not reimbursed, and travel is not required.
Duties - Provide financial and administrative support to the Mission.
- Facilitate value‑added tax recovery for Mission operational and programmatic activities.
- Serve as main timekeeper for all Mission personnel.
- Maintain accurate and current vendor data within USAID systems.
- Coordinate host‑country reporting requirements on behalf of implementing partners.
- Collaborate with interagency colleagues to support day‑to‑day Mission activities.
- Report directly to the Supervisory Financial Analyst.
