Job Description

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple programs and developments
Partner with Development, Asset Management, and Operations teams to evaluate new projects and funding initiatives
Deliver clear and insightful financial analysis, modelling, and scenario planning
Support government funding submissions and reporting requirements
Monitor performance against strategic targets, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
Develop and enhance financial models to reflect portfolio expansion and evolving funding structures
