1. Experience in IT financial management within insurance industry

2. 3-5 years of experience with project accounting, controlling and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Clarity, Planview)

3. Familiarity with DORA, VAIT, NIS2 regulations

4. Certifications: ACCA, CFA, CPA
